Gluten free Korean style seafood pancake

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 oz Shrimp, cooked1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce0.5 fl oz Sake1.0 dash Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, white0.3 cup Bob's res mill gluten free all purpose baking flour1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
To make batter combine flour egg and water. Add dash of salt and white pepper. Needs to have thin consistency like pancake batter. Next add fillings to small pan to cook. Once fillings cooked, add batter to pan and wait until edges dry. Flip once. Serve with sauce made of soy, mirin, and pepper. Can fill with different veggies like green onion, asparagus, or peppers. Can add sesame oil and garlic to dipping sauce too for added flavor.
