Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 1 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave 0.33 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 39 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Simmer coconut milk, agave and strawberries over low/med heat, until strawberries are firm but tender. Blend in blender or processor until smooth Hand mix in chia seeds until incorporated and they start to swell. Pour into 4 small containers and refrigerate at least 2 hrs and up to 4 days
