Apple Pie Party Dip

Dip:1 1/3 cups peeled cored and diced apple1 tsp fresh lemon juice2 tsp brown sugar2 tsp sugar free apricot preserves1/8 tsp. cinnamonChips:5 6in. flour tortillas2 tbsp butter melted1/2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 tbsp sugar
combine all the dip ingredients in a bowl, then cover and refridgerate the mixture until chilled.
Brush the tortillas with butter, then cut them into wedges.
Arrange the wedges on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 10 miutes. Let them cool before serving.
Serves 6.

This is very easy to prepare and was very well received. It keeps well in the refridgerator, so when I brought it to work 4 days later a whole new group of people requested the recipe.
