10 gram(s) Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 scoop 5 gram(s) Glucomannan (by MALKASHAYNA) 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 40 mL Water, tap 50 grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
Mix dry ingredients. Mix the liquids. Use a hand mixer to mix everything as good as possible. It should be fluffy and nice. Pour into one glass. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
