Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Allspice2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Cloves, ground0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup Canola Oil2.0 cup, mashed Banana, fresh0.75 cup, chopped Walnuts0.25 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda2.0 cup Granulated Sugar3.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add mashed banana and vanilla, mixing well. Sift all dry ingredients together and then mix into the wet batter. Pour batter into 2 well-greased 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tester in center is clean. Serving Size: 18 1 inch slices
