7 serving great value large white eggs .5 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium .375 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk .5 serving Isopure Whey Protein Isolate Protein Powder Unflavored by Nature's Best - 1 Scoop (29g) (by KIRSTYRE) 1 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
Separate the eggs. Add the baking powder to the egg whites and whipped until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, add the Ricotta Cheese, nutritional yeast,and protein powder to the egg yolks and beat with a fork until smooth. At this point, you can add any flavored popcorn seasoning. I like to add the bacon nacho. Mix until smooth. Fold the egg yolk mixture in the egg whites gently. Pour in 2 top muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15min.
