Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs beef shanks 1 - 1b can tomatoes2 carrots, diced3 stalks celery, diced2 medium onions, chopped2 medium potatoes, diced3 cups water1 tsp. salt4 peppercorns1 tsp beef boullon1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
Put together in crockpot and cook on high 4 - 6 hours or low for approx. 8 hours.
***May add frozen vegetables the last two hours.
