Cuke/Tom/Onion salad

Ingredients
4 med cucumber peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick2 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, cut into wedges 1 med Onion, sweet, raw, sliced thin and seperated 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 cup Flora Extra Virgin Blend Sunflower oil 80%/Extra virgin olive oil 20% 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Large bowl.
Slice Cukes into 1/4 in. slices place in bowl
Slice onion very thin and separate and place on top of cukes
slice tomatoes into 1/4 in. wedges and place on top of onions.
In a small mixing bowl combine water, sugar, vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper and whip it until it is mixed thoroughly and then pour over all veg's making sure all gets coated. Chill for 2 hours , stir and serve.
