Ingredients
34 oz *Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless) (by DEGREENIA) 9 tsp Granulated Sugar .5 tsp Curry powder .5 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1 Eggplant, fresh .25 cup Lemon Juice .5 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .6 cup Parsley .5 cup Pistachio Nuts .66 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers 1 large Onions, raw 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw .5 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added) 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 6 cup campbell's reduced sodium chicken stock (by WASSAYKEESIC)
Directions
chop it all up put it all in a pot with a quart of water
make it boil
reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours
eat it with your face
