0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.5 serving Cheese - HEB Extra Sharp Cheddar (1 oz) Block Cheese14.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw12.0 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)15.0 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef Patty - (1) 4 oz.uncooked
Season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Cook Ground Beef in pan. Remove beef when down sit and let cool.
Dice peppers and onions. Sautee peppers and the onions in the same pan as the ground beef. Remove from pan sit aside.
Make sure meat and peppers are cooled enough do they won't cook your eggs.
Mixing bowl take 12 eggs and cheese,smoke Chipotle chilli powder, pink salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Then add meat, peppers and blend together.
Spoon mixture in to each muffin cup it's about 2/3 full then add sliced jalapeno to the top.
Set oven 350 preheat and let it cook for about 20 to 30 minutes.
