Ingredients
.5 cup Oat Bran .5 cup Millet 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Hear frying pan and fry the pan cakes one by one until golden brown.

For fluffier results you can separate the eggs and beat the egg whites stiff then add them slowly to the rest if the dough
