Broccoli and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 3 tbsp Honey 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cook Quinoa according to package.
Roast Broccoli at 425 for 20 minutes - toss with 1T oil
Combine - 4 T oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice
Combine all together in bowl and serve
Hot, warm, or cold
