Cabbage and Barley

Ingredients
1/2 head of cabbage, steamed1 can diced tomatoescooked barley, about 2 cups cooked
Directions
Steam the cabbage in about an inch of water, cook the barley according to package directions. Mix together, add the tomatoes and heat through. I have added one pound of ground beef before, to make like a "stuffed" cabbage casserole. Without the meat it is much lower in calories and fat. And still very filling.
