4 cups skim milk1/2 cup amaretto 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa1/2 cup cornstarch1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine milk and liquer and in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat until hot (do not boil).
Sift sugar,cocoa, and cornstarch together in large heavy sauce pan; add hot milk mixture ,whisking until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute. Stir in vanilla.
Pour into 10 custard cups or stemmed glasses; cover with wax paper, and chill . Yield: 5 cups
