Strawberry chia refrigerator jam

Ingredients
1 pound Strawberries, fresh 3 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Honey
Directions
Purée strawberries in blender. Add lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and chia seeds and blend until just combined. Transfer to storage container and refrigerate until set.

    Well, didn't go as planned. I used frozen strawberries and added a little too much water. It was a little soupy but I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I have to say the flavor is good!! I added some more chia seeds and hopefully it will set by tomorrow. I still put what I had on pancakes. - 10/27/19
