16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal0.75 cup vegetable stock0.1 cup Tomato Paste2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce3.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar1.5 individual packet Granulated Sugar0.1 cup Corn Starch
Dip chicken into flour, then egg, then crushed corn flakes.
Bake at 450 for ten minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Meanwhile combine vegetable stock, tomato paste, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar and sugar in a pot and bring it to a boil.
Add water and corn starch (2 tablespoons each) to thicken up sauce. Bring to boil.
Take chicken out and toss it with the sauce and serve.
