1 large Egg1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 medium Apples, with skin, chopped1 cup Rolled Oats 1 cup Coconut Milk, unsweetened1 cup cashew milk unsweetened 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat egg together with sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add coconut milk and cashew milk, stir until blended. Stir in vanilla, apples and oats. Spray a 9-inch square pan with baking spray, add apple mixture to pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until no liquid remains and apples are soft.
