Microwave Muffin

Ingredients
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Butter, salted .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Cardamom, ground .25 tsp Allspice 1.5 tsp Xyla Natural Sweeter ((Per 1 tsp (14 Grams) (by DIDI_60LBS_BY60)
Directions
Melt the butter in the microwave in a pyrex cup. Swish around to coat sides. Pour remainder into bowl to mix with egg. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients. Combine the two and quickly put into the pyrex cup. (Baking powder is reacting with egg so do this within a minute.) Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. Turn cup over onto a plate and enjoy.
