1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 carrot Carrots, cooked 8 clove Garlic 0.50 cup Peas, frozen 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 3 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1 cup green onion (spring onion) 0.50 cup Cooked Onion 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 large Scrambled Egg 600 gram(s) Prawns - approx 15 small prawns or 125g (by YARNSPINNER)
Directions
Cook onions and garlic with coconut oil
Add cooked rice
Add vegetable
Add soy and sesame oil!
