Crust:30 gram(s) (myprotein) pea protein isolate (by RITSON71) 2 large Egg white, fresh 50 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 1 dash Salt Toppings:2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 15 grams Tomato Sauce 30 gram(s) Feta Cheese (Tre Stelle, light feta) 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 1 tsp Oregano, ground
Directions
Preheat oven at 160. Mix crust ingredients and spread on parchment paper (should be around 1 cm high). Bake for 10 min. remove, top with sauce and remaining ingredients and bake for another 10 min. enjoy
