Homemade Granola

Ingredients
2.5 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal12.0 tbsp chopped walnuts0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt0.25 cup Cereals ready-to-eat, wheat germ, toasted, plain2.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds2.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap0.25 cup Honey0.25 tbsp Molasses1.0 tbsp Canola Oil0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 serving Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz1.0 serving Box of Rasins
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients, set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients in a sauce pan, heat through (3-4 minutes) add next three ingredients, stir well. Por over oat mix and stir to coat. Por into 10x15' pan and back at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Take out and cool. Add raisins and cranberries.
