Shrimp diablo with zoodles

4 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini 0.25 cup Salsa 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 6 tsp Garlic 2 tbsp Basil 20 medium Shrimp, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
"Zoodle" 2 large zuccini. Drain well on paper towels, squeezing water out.
Peel and devein shrimp (frozen, precooked shrimp works too)
Dice tomato
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes
Add sauce salsa, siracha and tomatoes. Add shrimp. Stir occasionally
While sauce is heating, cook zoodles in another pan until just limp. Season with salt and pepper.
When shrimp is opaque, add zoodles to large pan stir in basil. Cook for 2 minutes
Scoop into bowls with a slotted spoon.
