16.0 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage2.0 cup Spaghetti Squash1.0 cup Tomato Sauce0.25 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded0.25 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk0.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Brown sausage in a pan and add tomato sauce.
Mix egg and all the cheeses in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and Italian seasoning.
Cook spaghetti squash in microwave until soft enough for a fork to poke through. Shred and add to egg and cheese mixture.
In a 9 by 13 pan spray with cooking spray and layer sausage mixture and cheese mixture.
Bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Remove and top with grated Parmesan.
