Ingredients
1 1-oz. box Jello Instant Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding1 400-mL can Coconut milk, full fat Water to add to Coconut milk to make 2 cups
Directions
Pour the coconut milk into a 2 cup measure and add water to make 2 cups total. Pour into a small mixing bowl. Add the pudding mix and mix well with a whisk or electric mixer. Refrigerate before serving.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups. Serving size is 1/3 cup
