Ingredients
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 8 serving Barilla Plus Elbow pasta(1 Cup cooked) 45 grams Spinach, fresh 438 grams Mixed Vegetables, canned
Directions
1. Cook macaroni
2. In a blender or food processor, mix 1 avocado, and to taste, lime juice, salt, and pepper
3. Combine mixed veggies with cooked pasta
4. Stir in sauce
