10 grams Wheat bran, crude 10 gram Six Star Fit Protein Isolate French Vanilla protein powder 5 gram(s) Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 scoop 50 gram(s) Linessa cottage (by MELFI_) 2 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 1 tbsp THM Baking Blend 1/4 c (by THM_GIGI) .5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder sweetener of choice (I use erythritol)
Mix dry ingredients. Sweeten to taste. Blend cottage. Slowly, add dry ingredients. Add the coffee (it must be really hot!) and bake in non-stick silicone mold for 20 min at 180. allow to cool.
