Creole Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients
3 Tbs Butter1 small onion, chopped2 stalk celery chopped5 cloves minced garlic1 tsp creole seasoning 1/3 cup flour3 cups chicken broth1 lb shrimp2 cups half & half
Directions
In large pot, melt butter over med heat. Add onions, celery and garlic, Saute about 5 mins, stirring.

Stir in flour. Cook 2 mins. Stir in broth; cook 10 mins stirring until thickened.

Add shrimp, half & half and seasoning. Cook 10 minutes, until heated thru.
