2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds) 1 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 serving Westsoy, soymilk
Directions
Place all ingredients in bullet, blend until smooth. Consume immediately to avoid settling.
