1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Spinach, fresh 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Bertolli Alfredo Sauce 3 serving Tomatoe, cherry (5) 4 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.) 16 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken 6 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g) 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
heat oil
wilt tomatoes in pan & remove
season, fry chicken tenders & remove
sauté onion in same pan
add garlic
add Alfredo Sauce
add Pesto
add baby spinach and mix chicken, black olices & tomatoes in
simmer until spinach is cooked adding seasonings as needed- 10 min ?
sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and serve
very good reheated
