Sara's Chocolate PB Energy balls

Ingredients
1 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 2/3 cup Coconut Unsweetened Flakes (by GRADLY) 1/2 cup jiff peanut butter low fat (by PSODEIFI) 1/4 cup Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup Honey 1 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 1 tsp Baking - Penzy's Mexican Vanilla Extract (by IMGOOGOO)
Directions
Mix all. Chill 30 minutes. Roll into 1" balls. Keep covered in fridge up to one week (but you will eat them faster than that,)
