Sausage Kale Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 Linguica Sausage cut into thin rounds2 medium red potatoes, diced 2 cups white onion, chopped 1 large carrot, chopped 2 stalks of celery chopped4 tsp fresh thyme, chopped 2 tsp Paprika3 garlic cloves, minced 1 dash Salt 3 dash black pepper1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes 4 cups Water, tap 4 cups, chopped green or purple Kale 2 cartons of Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth4 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped (garnish)
Directions
In a large soup pot brown sausage, onions, celery and carrots. Add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley. Bring to a boil and let simmer on medium-low for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot with parsley garnish.
