0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry1.0 stalk, small (5" long) Broccoli, cooked0.7 cup Califlower (RAW)1.5 tbsp Guacamole0.5 cup Simple Truth Organic Tri-Bean blend2.0 cup Baby Spring Greens Mixed
Directions
1. Heat pan to medium heat and add coconut oil. 2. Add ingredients wxcept guac and salad and cover, stiring once every 3 minutes for 15 minutes. 3. Empty pan into big bowl and add seasonings, guac and salad.
