6 tbsp Hot Taco Sauce 8 oz Ground Beef, 93% Lean 1 1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning2 10” Wheat Wraps5 oz Refried Beans 1 cup Mild Salsa1/3 cup Jalapeno Peppers, sliced 3 oz Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free3 oz Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Fat Free
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using 8 x 8" casserole dish spread 2 tbsp of taco sauce over bottom and sides, this prevents sticking while baking.
2. Brown meat in non-stick skillet until cooked. Add taco seasoning and 1/3 cup water to the pan and simmer until absorbed. Stir in 2 tbsp of taco sauce and set aside.
Begin layers:
3. Frost 1 tortilla with ½ of the refried beans and place on top of sauce in casserole dish.
4. Sprinkle evenly ½ of the beef over tortilla.
5. Mix remaining 2 tbsp of taco sauce and chopped jalapenos into the salsa then spoon ½ the salsa over ground beef.
6. Sprinkle ½ of the shredded cheese over salsa.
7. REPEAT Steps 3 through 6 to create 2nd layer. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Let casserole stand out of oven for 5 minutes. Cut into 4 large squares.
