Ingredients
400 gram(s) Bio Coconut Milk - Kaufland or any other organic brand800 mL Water, tap .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Sweetener if desired
Directions
Melt coconut milk in saucepan over low heat. Add cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener if desired. Stir continuously. After mixture is smooth, stir in water to dissolve. Remove from heat. Allow to cool, stirring frequently. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate leftovers. You may have to reheat to mix again, as the fat will float to the top as it cools.
