2 cups Minute Rice1/2 tbsp Chicken Flavor Soup Base2 cups boiled water 1 can beef gravy (Leftover gravy also works well) 1 lb ground beef 1 can Mixed Vegetables1 onion
Brown ground beef and onions. Add gravy.
Combine 2 cups boiling water with 2 cups rice and chicken soup base.
Place ground beef mixture and mixed vegetables on top of the rice mixture.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
