Easy low carb, low fat, low calorie "pie"

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 400 grams Zucchini 4 large Egg white, fresh 50 gram(s) Linessa cottage (by MELFI_) 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Directions
shred veggies. add the salt and allow in the fridge for 2 hours. remove and drain. beat egg whites with cheese. add meal. mix well. spice to taste
Preheat oven at 190.
Drain veggies again just in case.
mix all together.
bake for 35 min
