Courgette (zucchini) chili and garlic pasta

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 courgette, grated2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped1 tsp chili powder or chili flakes (or less if you don't like it so spicy)2 tbsps grated Parmesan200g cooked pastasalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Makes one serving.

All this can be done while you cook the pasta. Nice and easy!

Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and heat gently. Add the garlic and fry for a minute or two on its own. Then add the courgette and chilli. Cook gently for five minutes or so - till it starts to soften. Then turn down the heat and add the Parmesan, and stir for a moment while the cheese melts into the courgette. Season to taste, and serve with freshly cooked pasta.
