Broiled Lemon-Thyme Chicken Thighs

6 tbsp lemon juice3 tbsp chicken broth1 tsp dried thyme1 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil1 tsp black pepper1/3 tsp salt8 chicken thighs
Mix lemon juice, broth, thyme, oil, & pepper in plastic bag. Add thighs tuning to coat. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours, mixing once or twice.
Coat broiling pan with cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade, season with the salt.
Broil 5"-6" inches from broiler. Cook until well browned, 8-10 minutes. Turn, and cook until the juices run clear and a meat thermometer registers 180 degrees, about 8-10 minutes.
