Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients
3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat 0.3 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Sour Cream 4 tsp Redhot 6 dash Salt 6 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Halve and deseed avocados. Mix chicken (cooked and shredded) with cream cheese, sour cream, redhot, and cheddar cheese. Split chicken mixture evenly 6 ways. Fill an avocado half with one portion of chicken mixture. Top with a dash of salt and pepper to each half. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
