Ingredients
1.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)0.5 cup Shaved Coconut5.0 serving Orgain Organic Protein - sweet vanilla bean (plant based powder)1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Poppy seed16.0 tbsp chia seeds0.5 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 cup Applesauce Tree Top No Sugar Added4.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt4.0 fl oz Lemon Juice2.0 tbsp Almond Extract
Directions
Grind oatmeal and coconut in a food processor. Add to the other dry ingredients and mix well. Put al, wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Mix all together. Divide equally between 2 8 x 8 pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cut into 4 squares per pan, 8 servings total.
