Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2/3 cup Chicken Broth ( I use low Sodium)1 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. chopped green onions or shallots2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
Directions
Beat the ingredients in a small bowl with a fork or whisk until blended.
Serve dressing with mixed salad greens, chicken, or fish.
