Quick Chili with Fresh Apple

Ingredients
1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw3.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 serving(s) jalapeno pepper3.0 cup Beans, pinto2.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Chili powder1.0 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
Directions
Chop all vegetables and water saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients except the apple, and simmer for ten minutes. Add chopped apple and heat through.
