Homemade eggplant parm

Ingredients
2 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1 Eggplant, fresh 2 cup Fat Free Mozzarella 2 oz Extra sharp provolone, Wegmans cheese shop (by GRIMGOOSE) 4 serving Homemade Marinara Sauce (1/2 c) (by MARIA_2010) .3 cup Corn Oil
Directions
slice eggplants, dust with flour, salt, pepper, fry until lightly browned, layer eggplant on bottom of baking dish, layer of sauce, layer of shredded cheese, top with another layer of eggplant, sauce and top off with remaining cheese, bake at 350 for ~40 minutes.
