Lightened Instant Pot Creme Brulé

Ingredients
1.0 cup Milk, 1%1.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol4.5 tsp Granulated Sugar10.0 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)4.0 large Egg white, fresh
Directions
Beat together the first 4 ingredients. Pass through a sieve into a bowl that is easy to pour from. Pour into 3 serving dishes and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on the steamer trivet in an instant pot with 1.5 cups of water for 6 min on high pressure, letting it slow release for 10 min. Let cool for a couple hours (or more). Sprinkle 1.5 tsp of sugar (or less for less calories!) on top and use a torch to caramelize the sugar and make a crunchy top. Enjoy! Extra note: I make this at the same time as the "real deal" that is typically made with egg yolks, whipping cream, and sugar. My husband can eat the real one while I enjoy my treat too! :) It also means no eggs go to waste. :) Serving Size: 3 servings
