Directions
Mix the spinach and the ricotta cheese Brush on a little olive oil on the pita Spread the mix over the pita bread almost to the edge Sprinkle the cheese Tomato and pepper Place on baking sheet, bake for 4-6 minutes Slice with pizza cutter and enjoy! Serving Size: 4
