Ingredients
19.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.33 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry1.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw0.66 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)9.0 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce by Huy Fong Foods1.0 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
Combine everything in a bowl. Spray medium or large muffin tin with cooking spray. Distribute the mix into 12 portions (fills a medium muffin cup or about 3/4 full in a large muffin cup). Cook at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is at 165 degrees.
