16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 4 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1 cup Bush's, Black Beans 100 grams Cilantro, raw 2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
Stir fry veggies

mix veggies and chicken together
