Ingredients
1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 tsp Baking Powder 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 150 gram(s) Eggs - Eggland's Best Eggs (Large) 1 Egg per serving .5 stick Butter, salted 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients together in one mixing bowl. Combine wet ingredients (butter must be melted) in another mixing bowl. Make a deep well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet. Combine- book says "Using a few swift strokes" of a whisk.
