Personal Fathead Pizza

Ingredients
1 tbsp Cream Cheese 0.50 cup Food Lion Natural Shredded Low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella Cheese 0.50 serving Egg whole - medium per egg 0.75 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.25 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce .50 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
Directions
1. Put mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for about 1 minute. The mixture should be a nice creamy consistency (no strings).
2. Next, add the flour and seasonings. Mix well.
3. I used the rectangle cookie pan from the dollar store. Lay parchment paper on the pan and begin pressing the dough onto the pan. I lay a piece of parchment on top to help smooth it out. I use both my fingers and a rolling pin. ** remember to remove it the parchment on top. Once you get the pizza spread out on the entire pan sprinkle with garlic, Italian seasonings and a pinch of salt.
4. Bake at crust at 425 for about 20 minutes. When the crust gets nice and golden remove.
5. Once the pizza crust cools slightly then you can add 1/4 cup of sauce and a 1/4 cup of cheese and bake in oven. It doesn't take long (5 mins or so) As soon as cheese melts, remove from oven.
6. If you want to add pepperoni or sausage meats need to be precooked as you are only melting the cheese and you don't want to mess up your crust by cooking it any longer.(You will also need to adjust nutritional values as this is for cheese only)
