Whole Wheat Basil Pasta with Chicken and Brocc.

Egg, fresh, 1.00 large Pepper, black, 1.00 dash Basil, 2.00 leaves Salt, 1.00 dash Canola Oil, 1.00 tbsp Chicken Thigh, 2.00 thigh, bone and skin removed Broccoli, cooked, 0.50 cup, chopped Canned Tomatoes, 1.00 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 0.25 cup Semolina, unenriched, 0.50 cup Balsamic Vinegar, 1.00 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour, 1.00 cup
dd the flours, egg, as much water as needed, and shred and add the basil. Hand mix until pasta, then put through pasta machine. Hang for 10 minutes or so.
Meanwhile, bake chicken with tomatoes, broccoli, salt, pepper, chickpeas and oil.
Put water on for pasta, boil what you will use. THERE WILL BE EXTRA PASTA. Slice (optional) and add chicken and vegetable mixture. Add balsamic - enjoy!
